Ordering
We will confirm receipt of your order by email.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. You should receive
it within 7 days. However, our stock is subject to availability.
If, for any reason, we are unable to supply an item which you have
ordered, or if there is likely to be a delay in delivery, we will
contact you by email or telephone and keep you updated. Your credit
card payment will not be processed until your order is ready for
dispatch unless you have ordered special size made-to-measure items.
In this case, cards are processed as soon as the fabric is ready
for making up.
After browsing through our products, you can place your order and
pay for it by telephone or post if you prefer to do so. See details
under Payment.
Postage and Packing
Our standard delivery charge on the UK mainland is £5.
Orders delivered to addresses outside of the UK mainland are charged
at cost. Please email us if you would like an estimate prior to
ordering.
Payment
Once your order is complete, you will be asked to enter your details
in a totally secure area of our site, your payment will be processed
through our shop terminal and the receipt sent with your order.
If you feel more comfortable ordering and giving us your card and
address details over the telephone, please do so on 01937 587661
Monday to Saturday, 9.30 – 5.00 pm. Alternatively you can
send your order by post with a cheque payable to Goggies at Church
Street, Wetherby LS22 6LP.
Returns and Refunds
We have taken every care to ensure that all descriptions and specifications
on our site are accurate. However, please remember that computer
monitors vary and colours may show slight variations from the actual
product.
If you are not completely happy with any of the items ordered,
please return them to us within 14 days, unused and in the original
packaging. For any items which are not returned in their original
saleable condition and packaging, we reserve the right to refund
only a percentage of the purchase price. Please obtain a certificate
of posting as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
and make sure that items are securely packed.
Special size made-to-measure items which have been correctly made
up to the dimensions and instructions supplied by you cannot be
returned.
As your card details are erased once your order is dispatched,
we will need to contact you regarding a refund which must be made
onto the card originally used.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If the item which you have purchased is faulty or not what you
ordered, we will either exchange it or refund the purchase price
plus delivery charge.
Please read the care instructions on your purchases very carefully
as we cannot accept items for refund or exchange which have not
been cleaned/laundered in accordance with the manufacturer’s
instructions.
We will only refund the purchase price and delivery charge on special
size made-to-measure items where they have not been made up in accordance
with dimensions and instructions supplied by you at the time of
ordering. We suggest that you check all measurements extremely carefully
prior to placing an order.
Data Collection and Privacy
We respect your right to privacy. We never disclose information
about our customers to other individuals/organizations. Once your
order has been completed, the only information we retain is your
email address so that we can send you occasional newletters. You
are free to opt out of this service by emailing use.
Cookies are small pieces of text information created by websites
and stored on your computer. Our shopping cart system uses cookies
to help maintain your cart while you browse our site. Use of cookies
with our shopping cart is not compulsory, but we cannot guarantee
that our cart will work for you if you have cookies disabled in
your browser. No other information is stored in cookies and they
are not used for any other purchase
